CAARI Exhibition Show

The CAARI Conference offers an outstanding opportunity for exhibitors to enhance their visibility in the accelerator community. This community has the full range of institutions engaged in the applications of particle accelerators. Companies and organizations which are active or offer services in the field of accelerator technology will represent themselves with their logos on all printed matter of the conference and most prominently with their premium booth during the industrial exhibition. To further raise the profile of your company, please consider a sponsorship opportunity.

The CAARI Exhibition Show will take place in the Grand Ballroom. We will hold the welcome reception, all poster sessions and coffee breaks as well as other social programs in this area to provide maximum visibility for our exhibitors.  Please register as an exhibitor by following the registration link.

Premium exhibitor package

Available for $4,000USD for two representatives and includes the following:

  • 10'x10' draped booth
  • Premium booth placement
  • Installation and removal of one identification sign measuring 7"x44"
  • One 6'x30' skirted table, two chairs, and one wastebasket
  • One 5 amp electrical outlet – add'l electrical needs will need to be communicated separately during registration
  • One full page, color ad in the program book
  • Company information and assigned booth number in the program book
  • Company logo prominently displayed on the conference website with URL link
  • Sponsor supplied brochure in conference bag
  • Conference attendance for two representatives including all social events and banquet
  • Wireless internet

Standard exhibitor package

Available for $3,000 USD for one representative and includes the following:

  • 8'x10' draped booth
