Special Session - ECHT

This year we have a special session for undergraduate/graduate/post doctoral students in the early stages of their careers. The session is titled: "Early Career Hot Topics". The session allows this researcher to give an oral talk in their area of interest instead of a poster presentation. This is an opportunity for early researchers to showcase their work to a broader audience.

Guidelines for Oral Presenters

If you are giving an oral presentation, these guidelines will be helpful.

Very important: Each presentation MUST be in a PowerPoint file and read from a memory stick or CD. All presentations will be downloaded on the existing computer in the meeting room.

Please think about whether or not other CAARI account holders can have the opportunity to view your presentation on the web site. Let us know when you check in at the Manuscript Desk.
