CAARI Assistants deliver essential session materials to the technical sessions, operate audiovisual equipment and room lighting, track and record attendance, and perform other tasks requested by the session chair.
By assisting for a minimum of four (4) half-day sessions, students will receive a complimentary student registration, a complimentary hotel room shared with another conference attendee (only if not from the local area) and an opportunity to choose the session of their interested topic.
