We have had an overwhelming response to the CA Program
this year; consequently, we have closed the application process earlier than
anticipated.
I will still receive applications until the original deadline of June 25.
However, there is no guarantee of acceptance to the program, so be sure to pay
your registration fee. You will be notified on a first received basis if someone
cancels.
Thank you so much for your support of the conference; I look forward to working

Graduate students who are interested in assisting in the sessions
during the conference are encouraged by apply for a Conference Assistant
position.
CAARI Assistants deliver essential session materials to the technical sessions,
operate audiovisual equipment and room lighting, track and record attendance,
and perform other tasks as requested by the Session Chair.
By assisting for a minimum of five (5) half-day sessions, students will receive
a complimentary student registration, a complimentary hotel room shared with
another conference attendee (only if from outside the local area) and an
opportunity to choose the sessions of their interest.
