Industrial Exhibition

An industrial vendor’s exhibition will be held as an integral part of CAARI. During the conference, the Industrial show will run from Monday, August 9, through Wednesday, August 11. Approximately 35 companies associated with accelerators, application of accelerators in medical uses, nuclear electronics, ion implantation, high voltage power supplies, vacuum systems and components, targets and computers will display their equipment and materials.

The Show will be set up in the Grand Ballroom Foyer of the Hotel on Sunday from 12 pm and 5 pm (see the layout of the area). . This area allows for good visibility and access to all exhibitors. As participants walk past your exhibit to meeting rooms, maximum traffic flow will be enhanced. Security will be provided each day at 5:00 pm for your product safety.

What the exhibit fee provides:
• Partial registration for two company representatives, which includes all conference sessions, breaks and social events (Banquet and proceedings are at extra cost);
• A copy of the participants list upon request;
• An opportunity to further promote your company by placing flyers, CDs, small brochures or products in the conference bag;
• Your logo placed on the CAARI web site with a link to your company home page;
• Listed in the Program Book and the Conference Proceedings.
