It will be the responsibility of the exhibiting organization to make arrangements for shipping materials to and from the Renaissance Worthington Hotel and for insuring the materials against loss or damage.
Any package delivered to the Hotel must arrive no earlier than seven (7) working days prior to the Conference. It is imperative that the packaging slips have the following information:

There will be no charge for one (1) to three (3) boxes received. However, if there are four (4) or more boxes, there will be a $5.00 per box handling fee. A separate labor charge applies to Crates and Pallets as they do not qualify as boxes. Any boxes left at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel seven (7) days after the event without prior instructions will be disposed of.

Tips:
1. The complete exhibitor package will be mailed directly to exhibitors.
2. Order early to take advantage of advance order discount rates.
3. Save time on site and have peace of mind by shipping to advance receiving!
4. Have copies of all orders and confirmations from tradeshow vendors on site – bring shipment tracking information tool.
