Registration Info
- Registrations and abstracts will be managed on Meeting247. During the online registration you will enter your contact address.
- Registration fees (listed below) are paid online with a credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA).
- In order to benefit from the discounted early registration fee, the registration payment must be competed by the early registration deadline. The conference registration is not guaranteed until the registration fee is paid.
- The regular registration fee applies if the payment is received after the early registration deadline.
Please contact Bibhudutta.rout@unt.edu if a conference confirmation/invitation letter is needed from the Conference Organizers to obtain an entry visa.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations received before August 15, 2026 will receive full refund.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations or substitutions received after August 15, 2026.
- Please allow 30 days to process your refund.

Registration fee includes:

Exhibitor fee includes:
- 8’ x 10’ draped booth
- One 6’ skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket, one 15-amp electrical outlet (inform us if more outlets are needed)
- Company information and logo on the website and in the Book of Abstracts, and a promotional email to attendees
- Conference attendance for two representatives
